Tailor-made days for companies and working groups at Carolina Ranch, on the island of Sant’Antioco in south-west Sardinia: horses, quads, the animals of the ranch and time around a table. No standard package — we build the day around your team.
Not the usual team-building day in Sardinia
You will not find exercises designed at a desk. At Carolina Ranch the idea is simpler: do something together that nobody in the group has done before. Follow a coastal path on horseback. Discover the island on quads. Stop in front of a view. Sit down at the same table at the end of the day.
Away from roles and routines, people get to know each other in a completely different setting — and that is usually where the best conversations start. It works as a season kick-off, an end-of-year celebration, a thank-you to the staff or an incentive for a group travelling in Sardinia.
The building blocks
Each team experience combines some of these. We choose them with you, depending on the group, the season and how much time you have.
On horseback
A walk-pace ride along the west coast of Sant’Antioco, suitable for people who have never ridden. Up to 6 riders per group, 14+, max 95 kg.
By quad
A guided tour of tracks and viewpoints, two people per quad. Up to 6 quads per group; drivers need a category B licence.
Life at the ranch
Hands-on time with the animals and the daily work of the ranch — a calmer way to slow down and collaborate.
Dinner · Tasting
Around a table
An aperitif, lunch, dinner or tasting of local products, agreed in advance for the number of people and the season.
A private stargazing experience can also be arranged for groups, with the team behind the ranch’s stargazing nights. The astronomy talks are in Italian, so it is best suited to Italian-speaking teams.

Before proposing anything, the ranch wants to know about your group. How many of you are there? What kind of team is it? How much time do you have? Something relaxing or more dynamic? Lunch or dinner together? From those answers comes the proposal.

Is there a fixed team-building package?
No. Every Team Experience is built for the specific group: activities, timing and food are agreed together, and the price is quoted on the proposal.
How many people can take part?
There is no fixed number: the programme is built around your group. On the activities themselves, horse rides take up to 6 riders per group and quad tours up to 6 quads, each with a driver and a passenger.
Which activities can be combined?
Horse rides (up to 6 riders per group), guided quad tours (up to 6 quads per group), hands-on time with the ranch animals and a convivial moment such as an aperitif, lunch, dinner or tasting.
Can we end the day with stargazing?
A private stargazing experience can be arranged for groups, but the astronomy talks are given in Italian, so it suits Italian-speaking teams best.
